Best Ribs I have ever had! Good service too! Our experience: I was craving ribs and this was nearby so my wife and I decided to try it out for our wedding anniversary. We are not local and wanted to try somewhere new anyway.

The food was good. My brisket was a bit dry. I think they might be cutting the brisket without letting it rest because the waitress allowed us to taste a piece prior to ordering because my father has a problem when it is too smokey and the brisket was juicy and delicious.

We were in Savannah visiting our daughter, and she suggested BowTie BBQ. I am glad she did. The food was absolutely delicious and so was the service. We ordered the pull pork sandwich, which was more than enough, and the fries were really scrumptious. We also ordered dessert.
